– 2 eggs
– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
– Lime wedges, for serving

For the Sauce

– 3 tablespoons fish sauce
– 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Instructions
1. Cook the Noodles

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 20 minutes or until soft, then drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, tamarind paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili powder. Set aside.

3. Cook the Protein
