Travel around the world with multi-city route

With the multi-city route, you can book several flights at once. After you have decided with which flight to start, the second flight will start with the destination point of the former. And so on. When you end your flight in the city of depart you get a round trip. Thes round trips can go around the world but they are also possible for smaller trips, e.g. within the same continent.

Where to book with the multi-city route function?

Go to BOOKINGS in the yellow navigation bar en find the indication “multi-city route”. Add your first flight and continue until you’re back in your city of depart:

London –> New York
New-York –> Los Angeles
Los Angeles –> Honolulu
Honolulu –> Tokyo
Tokyo –> Moskow
Moskow –> London

Now you get something like this:

And for the flight search result, you get all table like this:

As you see you can edit the flights and change the dates. But there is a limit to the number of flights you can book at once. More than six flights the search engine can’t handle anymore and then if needed you’ll have to book several times.

From pole to pole

Instead of following cities on about the same latitude, you can also go over the pole regions in so far as there are airports available. However, planes intend to fly over the pole regions to shorten their way when flying over long distances especially when flying from America to Asia.

Amsterdam –> Alta (Norway)
Alta (Norway) –> Tokyo
Tokyo –> Sydney
Sydney –> Buenos Aires
Buenos Aires –> Amsterdam
