The top 10 Europe’s most livable cities make part of a list based on two global surveys. These are the Mercer’s Quality of Living Survey and The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) Liveability Index. The surveys measure metrics such as crime rates, healthcare, infrastructure, quality of water, levels of corruption, culture and education, down to availability of sporting facilities and environmental concerns. This way a city can be ordered in a list following its degree of liveability.
10. Berlin, Germany
