Dalboka the mussel farm is located in the North in Dobrudzha, in the Kaliakra Bay. Ecologically clean Black Sea mussels are cultivated here.

2000 years old food

The Romans already consumed these mussels 2000 years ago. To this day, the consumption of mussels has grown. You can prepare delicious dishes with them and they contain healthy components. They are also a natural ‘bio-indicator’ of the purity of the water. They only develop in clean water!

Dalboka mussel restaurant

The Dalboka mussel restaurant is located on the coast in the bay of Dalboka at several kilometers from the international road Е87 (Constanta -> Varna).

INSTRUCTIONS: drive from Kavarna towards the village of Balgarevo. Turn right after 4 km. The road shall lead you to the restaurant. GPS coordinates: 43.403784, 28.389019.

In the restaurant you can choose from an extensive menu of fresh sea mussels straight from the farm. In addition to the mussel specialties, there are also fish, fresh salads, appetizers, dishes of pork and chicken meat.
